Q:  Can donors specify where they want their donation to be used? 

A:   Donors will be able to specify where they want their donation to be allocated.  We have a form set up with all SVHS activities listed. Click here to see the form and to make a donation.   The coach / activity advisor will fill out a SVBC grant request form to request funds.    

Q: Who decides what the funds are used for? 

A: The SVBC board will review all grant applications and determine what is possible to support the request.  

Q: How are supporters recognized?

A:  Donor Recognition will occur in many forms and is still being developed as this is our first year.  To start with we will have the donors listed on our website and we have been discussing creating event programs with the donor logos listed.  

Q:  Can donations be made via check?  

A: Yes, donations can be submitted via check. Our mailing address for SVBC is 190 Braves Cir, Afton, WY 83110.

Q:  Was this booster club approved by the athletic director and board?  

A:  SVBC is separate from the school and school board.  The athletic director, Kyle McClain, is a board member.  The school board is aware that we have formed SVBC and we reached out to them as we formed this 501(c)(3) to ensure transparency to avoid issues.  Donations do not need to be approved by the school board if they are directed to SVBC.
